"RALEIGH, North Carolina (AP) - A biological mother accused of kidnapping her 17-month-old twins from their adoptive parents in North Carolina has been arrested in Canada, and authorities say the children are safe. Allison Lee Quets, 49, and the twins were found Friday night when police in Ottawa, Canada, acted on a tip, the FBI said in a statement early Saturday. The toddlers, Tyler Lee and Holly Ann Needham, were placed in the custody of Canadian Social Services. Quets could face federal charges of international parental kidnapping. A custody agreement allowed Quets to take the children for a brief visit Dec. 22-24, but authorities said she never returned them. The FBI said an investigation indicated Quets crossed the Canadian border with the twins Dec. 23."

Most young unmarried pregnant women are pressured by parents and others to "make the guy pay." Reject this selfish advice. Marriage is the best option for the young couple if the girl is confident he will be a willing and good father. Getting him involved with child support and visitation rights will keep him in your life forever. Don't go for the support money from a guy you don't want to marry. If you want him in your life forever, marry him. Don't tell him you are pregnant unless marriage is almost a certainty. His missing out on his child's life is just punishment for him. You will most likely meet a wonderful guy one day that you will love dearly. Keep your options open to marry this man and establish a happy home with a child you can both love. You will not want the guy who got you pregnant coming around and disturbing this wonderful family relationship. Think about these long term effects before making your decisions.

Advice for women having trouble getting pregnant
Getting pregnant and having a smart, healthy baby is not random luck. The proper diet is required to prepare the women for conception. The proper diet is also required to grow a healthy baby in the womb. Many women believe having a sickly or deformed baby is just unfortunate luck. This is not the case. The growing baby cannot take nutrients from the mother's body, as is the common misconception. The baby can only get nutrients from the mother's blood that goes to the placenta. The mother's blood must contain an abundance of all essential nutritional elements in order to grow the optimal baby. The mother's body will use most the nutrients and deprive the baby of essential elements when her diet is deficient. This condition causes birth defects and children with learning deficiencies and psychological problems. The big myth is the claim that the baby will take whatever it needs from the mother. The baby can't do that. Women who take extra care to ensure their diet is rich in all of the essential nutrients are much more likely to have a robust, high-quality baby that will grow into a smart, high-achieving child and more healthy adult.

The high-carbohydrate, low-fat diet upsets the hormonal balance in the body making it more difficult for a woman to get pregnant. The ACTH hormone is produced by the pituitary gland to stimulate the adrenal glands. Excessive levels may lead to infertility. Estradiol (E2) is the type of estrogen produced by the dominant follicle during the first half of the menstrual cycle. Estradiol levels rise prior to ovulation. At mid-cycle the peak estrogen level triggers the release of the LH spike from the pituitary gland. The LH spike is necessary for the release of the ovum from the follicle. Fat cells in both obese men and women can also manufacture estrogen from androgens and interfere with fertility.

Progesterone is the hormone produced by the corpus luteum after ovulation. It thickens the lining of the uterus to prepare it to accept implantation of a fertilized egg. Progesterone levels should be at least 10 ng/ml one week after ovulation. Serum progesterone levels are carefully monitored during ovulation induction and IVF cycles. Prostaglandin is a hormone secreted by the uterine lining. It is hypothesized that prostaglandins are secreted by active endometrial implants in young women who have endometriosis. The prostaglandins may interfere with the reproductive organs by causing muscular contractions or spasms. Endometriosis is a condition that occurs when tissue similar to the lining of the uterus is found outside its normal location.
Any woman who is even slightly overweight is showing signs of insulin resistance that upsets the hormone balance. Women who are underweight can also have an abnormal hormone balance when on a diet high in carbohydrates, low in fat and low in calories. The low-calorie diet maintains the low weight but in an unhealthy way. The fertilized egg appears to have difficulty in becoming and remaining implanted in the uterus when the hormones are imbalanced or when the mother has insulin resistance on a high-carbohydrate diet. Hormones are made in the body from cholesterol. Everyone should eat two whole eggs per day. The scare tactics against eating eggs have been proven to be false. Eggs are a complete and ideal food that contain all the necessary nutrition to create a life, the baby chick.
Studies have shown that injecting female hamsters with insulin will stop their reproductive cycle. In the same manner, a low-fat, high-carbohydrate diet as eaten by vegetarians or as recommended by the USDA Food Pyramid Guide will increase insulin and disrupt fertility in women. The hormones in these women often become so disrupted that amenorrhea occurs (the cessation of menstruation). They cannot become pregnant. In contrast, a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet of adequate calories, as recommended here, corrects hormonal imbalances and promotes fertility.
A deficiency of cholesterol in the body and diet has been found to cause deformation of the eyes in babies and growing children. The low-cholesterol diet of a pregnant woman and in the diet of her children has been linked to the need for vision correction glasses as the children age. Cholesterol and fat in the diet are very important for brain development in infants and hormone development in growing children. One soft boiled egg each day is highly recommended for and children. The low-cholesterol and low-fat diets of the mother in combination with a protein deficiency may be the cause of autism increasing in the USA and UK at the rate of 20% per year. Many women who have problems getting pregnant or suffer from repeated miscarriages have hormone imbalances caused by diet that has resulted in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Male hormones are produced by the adrenal gland, and excess androgens in the woman may lead to the formation of male secondary sex characteristics and the suppression of LH and FSH production by the pituitary gland. Elevated levels of androgens may be found in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome, or with a tumor in the pituitary gland, adrenal gland, or ovary. Prenatal vitamins and minerals are required as cofactors in the chemical conversions that takes place in the mother's body and in the baby's forming body. The lack of folic acid has also been proven to cause birth defects in babies.
A mother-to-be who eats fish is more likely to have a larger and healthier baby.Deficiencies in the mother's diet before pregnancy and during embryo development can result in congenital defects that cannot be corrected later in the child's life. Down's Syndrome is the result of preconception nutritional deficiency of the parents resulting in chromosomal or DNA injury or defect. Down's Syndrome is not inherited as commonly claimed. Laboratory studies and agricultural testing of animals shows that 98% of all birth defects are not genetic but are the result of nutritional deficiencies either before or during pregnancy. Couples seeking to have a baby or those where pregnancy is a possibility should both take a complete vitamin, mineral and supplement program for at least six months prior to conception. The high-carbohydrate diet in a pregnant woman with insulin resistance increases her blood level of insulin. The higher insulin level reaches the baby who is not insulin resistant. All carbohydrates are converted by the body to glucose, blood sugar. Table sugar is converted at a fast rate and grains at a slower rate. The level of blood glucose is very critical to the brain because it cannot have a high or low level of glucose. The body can make any needed glucose from either protein or fat. The body uses the hormone insulin to push excessive glucose into the cells to be used as fuel. It is not that the body needs the glucose but rather the brain cannot stand the high glucose level. After a few years the cells become resistant to this excess glucose. We then become "insulin resistant." But the body must still get rid of the glucose that is consumed so it is turned into body fat. Actually, orange juice becomes fat in our arteries and saturated fat on our tummy. The result is an increase in the bad LDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels that have been implicated as possible causes of heart disease. After an accumulation of body fat the body becomes resistant to more fat. It then refuses to convert the glucose into fat and BOOM --- we become diabetic.
The liver produces cholesterol that is necessary in the transport and storage of body fat. Eating a low-cholesterol diet does not reduce blood cholesterol since the liver just produces more. Eating carbohydrates produces bad LDL cholesterol that causes heart disease. Protein and fats reduce bad LDL and increase the good HDL cholesterol. Saturated fats are very healthy, and the omega-3 and omega-6 fats are essential to good health. Omega-3 fat has been proven to prevent hearth disease, and the best source for this fat is from fish oils. Yes, fats prevent heart disease.
Hydrogenated vegetable oils are call trans-fats and are one of the major factors causing cancer. These vegetable oils are chemically modified in the food factories under high temperature and pressure to force hydrogen molecules to attach to the oil. The result is a more solid chemical used in many foods. Hydrogenated oils are not food. They are factory produced chemicals. The resultant trans-fats enter the body and attach to cells where real healthy fats are intended to be.
The three most nutritionally important omega-3 fatty acids are alpha-linolenic fatty acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic fatty acid (DHA). Alpha-linolenic fatty acid is one of two fatty acids traditionally classified as "essential." The other fatty acid traditionally viewed as essential is an omega-6 fat called linoleic acid. These fatty acids have traditionally been classified as “essential” because the body is unable to manufacture them on its own and because they play a fundamental role in several physiological functions. If you eat a lot of vegetables your baby will be a vegetable. Vegetarians are at high risk of having a baby with autism. Autism is soaring in all English-speaking countries because they all follow the same diet recommendation to avoid red meat, avoid saturated fat and eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Societies where the people eat lots of meat, fish and eggs never have any children with autism. Why do chicken eggs contain an abundance of protein, saturated fat and cholesterol? All carbohydrates are turned to glucose (blood sugar) during digestion. This blood sugar zings the baby's metabolism. This is more pronounced when the mother's cells are insulin resistance because the baby has none. The insulin and glucose in the mothers blood throws the baby into a hyper fit that damages and destroys brain cells. The result is a hyper-metabolism which is a contributing cause behind the epidemic rise in childhood Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Unfortunately, official health organizations don't have a clue about the cause or prevention of autism or ADHD. The three most nutritionally important omega-3 fatty acids are alpha-linolenic fatty acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic fatty acid (DHA). Alpha-linolenic fatty acid is one of two fatty acids traditionally classified as "essential." The other fatty acid traditionally viewed as essential is an omega-6 fat called linoleic acid. These fatty acids have traditionally been classified as “essential” because the body is unable to manufacture them on its own and because they play a fundamental role in several physiological functions. As a result, we must be sure our diet contains sufficient amounts of both alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid.
The infant also needs essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Where is your infant getting these essential fats? Omega-3 fatty acids are NOT available to the infant from rice cereal, fruit juices, fruits or vegetables. The infant can suffer from autism, low-immune system, low-growth rate, poor brain development and many other health problems as a result of the switch to high-carbohydrate foods. This is one of the reasons autism, attention deficient hyperactivity disorder, child obesity, allergies and many other childhood diseases are expanding at an epidemic rate. All commercial infant formula and food is seriously lacking in essential omega-3 fatty acids. Commercial infant food also contain an excessive amount of omega-6 fatty acids from safflower, sunflower, soybean, corn and similar nut, seed and grain oils that are unhealthy.
Many commercial infant formulas now contain a compound they claim is DHA docosahexaenoic omega-3 fatty acid. However, this is a form of DHA called crypthecodinium cohnii oil that is obtained from algae in a factory (yucky). It is not the same as natural DHA docosahexaenoic omega-3 fatty acid as found in unprocessed products like Carlson's lemon flavored cod liver oil. Real DHA docosahexaenoic omega-3 fatty acid is not used in infant formula because it reduces the shelf storage life, has a liquid oil form, sticks to the container and is rejected by religious vegetarians who will not buy anything from animal source. Cod liver oil contains both both forms of omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic fatty acid (DHA). Commercial baby formula does not contain eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) because they can't manufacture it in a dry powder form.

The word fetus is a cold, scientific term that is not used here. The unborn is a cute, cuddly baby that is just not born yet. Eating carbohydrates can hurt your unborn baby. The scientific reason is simple. The mother is much more insulin resistant than the baby. Chubby or overweight pregnant women are extremely insulin resistant. This means that the mother produces excessive insulin in order to lower the blood glucose level caused by eating carbohydrates. The unborn baby has virtually no insulin resistance. Tens of thousands of infants are stolen from their parents each year and sold on the baby trafficking market. China has passed a law against abortion on the basis of sex. The country is expected to have 40 million frustrated men by year 2020 because of the growing shortage of girls. Girls are also kidnapped and sold as a "wife" or forced into prostitution. Adopting a foreign baby is a very evil practice.

Animal-Rights Terrorists Strike Again?Meat, Fish & Fowl. Eat beef, lamb, pork, fish, seafood, fowl and wild game of any kind. Do not cut off any of the fats --- eat it all. Do not skin chicken, duck or other fowl and eat all of the skin. Eat cold water fish such as salmon which are high in omega-3 essential fatty acids. Eat some protein and fat at every meal.
Increased Protein Intake Stimulates Muscle Protein Synthesis.Fried Pork Rinds. Fried pork skins are deep fried in their own fat and sold as fried pork rinds. They would be considered an awesome snack food except for the fact that the raw skins are heavily salted to prevent the growth of bacteria during shipping, handling and storage prior to cooking. The unhealthy salt is heavily concentrated in the cook rinds. Some of the salt can be removed by dunking or rinsing in hot water and quickly eaten before they get soggy, but a lot of unhealthy salt reminds. Eat them in moderation, and completely avoid them if you have high blood pressure.
Saturated Fat. Eat fat including saturated fat. The North American Indians ate pemmican, a mixture of dried, crushed and shredded meat mixed 50/50 with the animal fat, yielding a food product that provided 70% of its calories from fat. Dried berries were sometimes added. This mixture would keep for many years. Eskimos lived all winter on nothing but caribou meat. They prepared a mixture using 80% fat and 20% caribou meat. Bacon. Fry "no-sugar-added, low-sodium" bacon on low-heat and serve while it is still floppy with white fat. This method avoids the formation of carcinogens and trans fats.
Eggs. Eggs are highly recommended as the perfect food.
Coconut Oil. Fry in coconut oil or butter and use both generously in recipes.

Eat well done boiled or steamed asparagus, eggplant, green or yellow string beans, red tomatoes, spinach, celery, peppers or green or yellow zucchini squash only. Make a nice lunch or dinner by adding cubed precooked meat or leftover meat to stir fried vegetables. Some cabbage is OK if well cooked. Try pressure cooking cabbage with green beans. Avoid the cabbage if it produces gas. The carbohydrates should be keep within 70gm per day. Acceptable starchy vegetables are potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams and squash in moderation.
Fruit. Limit fruit to low glycemic varieties such as berries. Limit quantity to prevent an insulin rush.
Grains. Limit grains to avoid an insulin rush. Do not combine with starchy vegetables or fruit in order to limit the carbohydrate intake.
Avocados. Eat avocados fresh or as a dip for vegetables. Avoid prepared dip with additives.
Cheese. Hard cheeses are acceptable for those without a candida yeast infection. Eat only hard cheeses which list no more than 1g of carbohydrates on the nutritional label. Low-salt Swiss cheese is a very good choice that can be eaten without limit. Avoid eating high-sodium cheese with sodium content above 200mg per serving, especially for those with hypertension, high blood pressure. The book, Cheese Primer by Steven Jenkins, is the best reference for a good education about cheeses. Avoid low-fat, low-cholesterol cheese, but part-skim milk cheese is acceptable. Do not eat cream cheese, cottage cheese, soft cheese spreads, dry curd cottage cheese (DCCC) or Farmer's cheese. Some good cheeses are made from sheep's milk and goat's milk, but goat's milk cheese offers nothing special or better than cow's milk cheese. Blue-veined mold cheeses may promote candida more than other types and should be limited. Do not drink or cook with kefir milk which is a fermented liquid product made with active yeasts and bacteria from grains and goat or sheep milk. Do not eat kefir yogurt.
Cooking Oils and Fats. Eat real butter, use extra virgin or light olive oil sparingly, but don't cook with it. Fry in butter or coconut oil.
Nuts and Seeds. Avoid most nuts and seeds because they contain high levels of omega-6 fatty acids described below. Hazel nuts (filberts), macadamia nuts and pine nuts (pinion, pinon, pinyon or pignolia) are a great snack with the lowest amount of omega-6 fats. All other nuts and seeds are forbidden.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Omega-3 Fatty Acids. Supplement with omega-3 essential fatty acids by taking Carlson's Lemon Flavored Cod Liver Oil. Start with one tablespoon twice a day. Avoid flax seed oil because it contains more inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids than essential omega-3 fatty acids. Flax is a poor source of omega-3 fatty acids. The body must convert the shorter ALA fatty acid found in flax seed oil in to EPA and DHA fatty acids before you will receive major benefits, something most of us don't do well. Cod Liver Oil: The Number One Superfood.Borage Oil. Supplement with omega-6 gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) by taking one borage oil capsule per day. The body can not produce essential fatty acids - you must get them from the food you eat. Your body uses GLA and omega-3 fatty acids to make E1 series prostaglandins that help reduce inflammation, aid digestion and help regulate your metabolism. Avoid all other omega-6 vegetable oils as found in nuts, seeds and grains.
Vitamins and Minerals. Supplement with a complete vitamin, mineral, enzyme, probiotic and amino acid program shown in the link below. Avoid extra vitamin D supplementation. The cod liver oil has about 500 IU of vitamin D per teaspoon. Don't be concerned about vitamin D toxicity as incorrectly claimed "Even without careful attention to the type of vitamin D being used, a recent expert review on vitamin D was unable to find any published evidence of vitamin D toxicity in adults from an intake of 10,000 IU per day that was verified by the blood 25(OH)D concentration."

Install a reverse osmosis with UV lamp water system with an ultraviolet UV lamp for all drinking and cooking to removes all minerals, chlorine, fluoride, chemicals, heavy metals and pathogens. The UV light kills all viruses, protozoans, yeasts, molds, algae, cysts and bacteria. Use fluoride toothpaste. Avoid mineral, natural or spring water sold in stores as many contain undesirable minerals and contaminants. Some have been pulled from the shelves because of these contaminants.
Coffee, Teas and Sodas. Coffee and tea are acceptable in moderation. Diet sodas containing aspartame should be avoided because it metabolizes into phenylalanine, a powerful precursor to excitatory neurotransmitters, but regular sodas are absolutely forbidden. Ginger root tea is great. Cut a piece about the size of the small finger tip from fresh ginger root. Remove the skin. Chop and squeeze with a garlic press. Put the juice and pulp in a cup, French press or tea ball and add boiling water for two minutes. Strain out the pulp. Ginger has a spicy flavor and is very soothing to the tummy and digestive tract. Aspartame diet sodas and regular sodas are absolutely forbidden.
Potassium. Use Morton's Salt Substitute which is potassium chloride instead of sodium table salt to lower blood pressure, but be aware that excessive use can cause weak heart beat impulses.
Low-Blood Sugar Symptoms. A low-carbohydrate diet will reveal other health problems such as hypoglycemia or diabetes by low-blood sugar symptoms of headache, dizziness, blurred vision, difficulty concentrating, poor coordination, confusion, weakness or fainting, tingling sensations in the lips or hands, confused speech, abnormal behavior, convulsions, loss of consciousness, coma. About 1/4 teaspoon of glutamine in a glass of water will help relieve the symptons in normal individuals. See your doctor if symptoms persist or are moderate to severe.
Fiber. Do not take fiber supplements. Do not take psyllium which is very abrasive to the digestive system. Dietary fiber may not be digestible by the healthy individual but it certainly is digestible by pathogenic gut bacteria. These bacteria produce toxins when they break down fiber. The fiber theory was generated by the low-fat, high-carbohydrate diet supporters to combat the symptoms of constipation and/or diarrhea caused by eating carbohydrates. This low-carbohydrate diet will produce normal stools with bowel movements that sometimes skip two days and frequently skip one day. Do not expect several bowel movements per day which is typical of the disease causing high-carbohydrate diet. The common advice that one should have several bowel movements each day is a myth.
Constipation. Constipation or a sluggish fullness can result because the digestive system is not accustomed to a healthy diet. Relief can be accomplished by drinking 24 to 32 oz. of water on an empty stomach within a short period of time. The amount of water depends on the size of the person and should be done occasionally, not every day. The common advise that one should have one or several bowel movements each day is a myth. The probiotics listed below are very beneficial to the digestive system and are effective in relieving constipation or sluggishness.
Probiotics. A healthy balance of beneficial bacteria (called probiotics) must be restored in the intestines during the low-carbohydrate, anti-yeast diet. The most common approach is to supplement the diet with a probiotic containing live lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus bulgaricus and bifidobacterium bifidum as the better choices. Lactobacillus bulgaricus is intended to help the GI tract be more suitable for the survival and growth of lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium bifidum. Acidophilus is the primary bacteria of the small intestine while bifidum is the major bacteria of the large intestine. Do not eat breakfast cereals, pancakes, waffles, bread, biscuits, tortillas, taco shells, bagels, pasta, noodles, corn chips, pop corn, croutons, spreads, dressings, desserts, soups, soy snacks, rice snacks, candy, cakes or pastries because they usually contain partially hydrogenated vegetable oils, omega-6 fatty acids, MSG, chemical thickeners, colorings, and preservatives, and they are all very high in carbohydrates.
Potatoes and Yams. Do not eat any potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, French fries or potato chips. French fries are not only very high in unhealthy carbohydrates, but they're generally cooked in hydrogenated soybean oil or other rancid vegetable oils, that are known to generate cancer-causing chemicals at high temperatures and are high in inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids. Always fry in coconut oil or butter.
Bananas and Citrus. Do not eat bananas, oranges or grapefruits as they are very high in carbohydrates.
Legumes. Do not eat beans and legumes because of their high carbohydrate levels. Limit peanuts as they are a legume and contain a very unhealthy fat.
Bad Cheeses. Do not eat soft, dark orange cheeses such as Cheez Whiz that are made from partially hydrogenated oils, trans fats. Avoid processed cheese food such as Velveeta and American cheese that contain corn oil instead of butterfat. Do not eat cream cheese or cottage cheese because they contain lactose and other sugars. Cottage cheese has actually been linked to bone loss and osteoporosis, contrary to popular belief.
Preventing Osteoporosis, Bone Loss and Hip Fractures.Smoking. Stop smoking, but stop eating sugar first. Sugar will destroy your health faster than smoking.
Low-Fat Products. Do not eat any product labeled "low-fat."
Hydrogenated Oils. Do not eat anything containing hydrogenated oils, called trans fats. Read every label.
Low-Cholesterol Products. Do not eat any product labeled "low-cholesterol."
Carbohydrates. Avoid carbohydrates from all sources, except low-starch vegetables.
Starch Blockers. Do not take starch blocker supplements or drugs, they promote fermentation of the starch in the colon by yeast. The undigested starch also provides a high-energy food source for pathogenic bacteria and toxin-producing fungi.
MSG. Avoid monosodium glutamate (MSG) and the dozens of flavors and seasonings which have deceptively hidden the MSG glutamic acid ingredient.
MSG Dangers and Deceptions.Carrageenan. Avoid carrageenan which is a gum extracted from red seaweed and used as a fat substitute to thicken many food products. Unfortunately, carrageenan is used in many otherwise acceptable low-carbohydrate foods such as processed meats and heavy whipping cream. Carrageenan may be associated with the promotion of malignancy and inflammation in the gastrointestinal tract and may cause cancer.
Fast Food Restaurants. Avoid fast food hamburgers because many are "bulked-up" with 25% soy protein and/or cooked in trans fats or polyunsaturated fats. Avoid French fries as well because the frying oils are either trans fats, polyunsaturated fats or fat which has become rancid from overuse. Grilled chicken breast is an acceptable choice. Don't eat the bun. Don't eat anything coated or any deep fried foods.
Restaurant Buffalo Chicken Wings. Restaurants ruin most of the good foods they touch. Chicken wings is a good example of an awesome food that is destroyed by unhealthy cooking methods of deep frying in trans fats or unhealthy omega-6 polyunsaturated fats, such as soybean, corn, safflower or peanut oil. These fats easily become rancid, which makes them even more unhealthy. Baked chicken, fish and red meat is OK if it is not heavily salted or treated with tenderizers, such as MSG. You can ask the restaurant, but they may lie.
Safety of Plastics. Avoid those plastics for use as food containers that have been shown to release harmful chemicals into the food or water that is stored in the containers. The containers should have a triangle mark on the bottom with a number. Numbers 1,2, 4 and 5 are least harmful. Avoid all others. Glass, ceramic, stainless steel and cast iron are more acceptable containers for food.
Safety Rating of Various Plastics Used in Food Containers.Microwave Ovens. Avoid the use of microwave ovens, except for heating plain water. Microwave energy destroys enzymes and vitamins. It also breaks weak molecules into undesirable elements. The energy can cause the unhealthy cross linking between molecules. Microwaving starches such as potatoes and other carbohydrates such as bread creates high levels of acrylamide, a chemical proven to cause cancer in laboratory animal tests.
Cancer Risk In Microwaved Food.Soap, Shampoo, Body Cream, Powder and Oils. Use facial make-up, body creams, lotions, oils and body powder sparingly. Do not use those containing wheat protein, sugars, fruit juices or omega-6 fatty acids as found in vegetable, nut and seed oils. Coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, fish oils and natural animal fats are acceptable but are still prone to being rancid. The term "natural" does not necessarily indicate that the product is acceptable. Products with natural soy bean oil, safflower oil and other seed oils are absolutely dreadful oils because they are highly inflammatory. Use make-up sparingly. Two acceptable recommendations are Aquaphor and Eucerin creams.

Note: Hypospadias is a condition where the outlet of the penis is not at the end. It is caused by a male baby developing in the presence of excessive amounts of phytoestrogens. A vegetarian diet puts a woman at higher risk of having to deliver by caesarean section because her hormones are not normal. She is exceedingly fortunate her unbalanced hormones allowed her to get pregnant in the first place and not suffer a miscarriage thereafter. In addition, the baby is likely to be underweight and sickly. The vegetarian mother has a greater risk of being unable to breastfeed the baby because of the disruption to her hormones caused by the deficiency of fat, cholesterol and protein in the vegetarian diet. She is also more likely to suffer from postpartum depression. The hormones in the body are made from cholesterol. One vegetarian, named Paula from Australia, goes ballistic at the suggestion that her diet caused all of these systems in her and her baby. She didn't realize it was not my assertion, but the results of a study announced on BBC News in the United Kingdom.
