Test Spanning 50 Years Proves Pesticides Do Not Cause Cancer.

Many people have become so paranoid about pesticides that they think they will surely develop cancer if conventionally farmed produce is eaten. This is a myth because present day pesticides are tested extensively for safety. As a teenager on a farm, the author was literally drenched in pesticides including DDT, Malathion, and two others. My father put four different pesticides in the tank of a heavy duty sprayer that was pulled behind the tractor. The sprayer had a 1" (25 mm) diameter hose and a pump discharge pressure of 400 pounds per square inch (27.6 bars) that would literally drench a full-grown apple tree in seconds. I was also drenched with pesticide as well having breathed the mist and vapors of the pesticide spray. The high-pressure, high-volume spray created a cloudy mist from the overspray which left me with a pure white coating of these four pesticides as the moisture evaporated. The pesticides remained on my arms, neck, and face for several hours until spraying was completed. Washing to remove the pesticide residue was haphazard at best. You know how teenagers are. I received more pesticide during each spraying than the average person receives in a lifetime. This was repeated several times a year for many years. The pesticides on the apples disappeared after a couple of weeks because the worms came back if the trees were not sprayed again. My mother was not exposed to the pesticide to any significant extent, but she died of cancer at age 50. Neither of my sisters was exposed, but both have had cancer. One sister also had an appendectomy and gallbladder removal. She is diabetic and has an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Her height has decreased a full inch (25mm), and she definitely has degenerative disc disease. The other sister has also had an appendectomy, a heart attack, candida yeast infection, and cancer. Neither of my sisters had any abnormal exposure to the pesticides. Yet, I continue to be in perfect health with absolutely no discernable effect from the pesticide overdose. Maybe the pesticides prevent cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and IBD. This test is still ongoing, but it certainly proves that organic food is a scam.

The great fear is the result of the utter failure of professional medicine to secure a reasonable degree of success in the prevention and treatment of cancer. The money was spent, but the promises failed to materialize.

None are these treatments are truly effective. Cutting off a breast which has cancer is successful if the cancer has not spread, but cutting of your head if you have brain cancer is a total failure. Many people claim chemotherapy cured their cancer, but in fact, the chemotherapy was administered to a person who did not have cancer. Radiation and chemotherapy success rates in patients who are positively known to have cancer are not available because the facts are tightly suppressed by the medical and pharmaceutical industry. If cancer treatments worked, cancer would not be the No. 2 killer. Seventy-five percent of physicians refuse chemotherapy on themselves.

Postmenopausal women were told for more than 30 years that hormone replacement therapy would reduce the incidence of breast cancer and osteoporosis. We now know the truth. Hormone replacement therapy causes breast cancer, and osteoporosis continues to increase. Why weren't the drug companies that produced these synthetic hormones presented with a massive lawsuit by the government as were the tobacco companies? Why didn't the United States Food and Drug Administration protect the women in the first place? Are these the government agencies you want to advise you now?

General Facts and Information About Cancer.

The death rate from cancer is not being reduced even though a great percentage of people have stopped smoking. Instead, cancer has now passed heart disease as the leading cause of death in the United States. Cancer is epidemic. Neither the Food Guide Pyramid nor the RDA is based on scientific facts. If you follow the Food Guide Pyramid as your daily nutritional guide, you will encounter many related degenerative diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, bowel disease, autoimmune diseases, and many more. The USDA Food Guide Pyramid and FDA Recommended Daily Allowance are solely responsible for the current high incidence of adult onset Type II diabetes which has tripled in the last 30 years. Type II diabetes is becoming common among teenagers, who were once thought to be excluded from this "age related" disease. People with diabetes have a significantly increased risk of cancer. The new 2005 USDA Food Guide Pyramid adds more confusion by having many different pyramids from which you must make a selection. This system will cause the current obesity, cancer, diabetes, and heart disease epidemics that were caused by the previous Food Guide Pyramid to become more severe.

United States Congress, government officials, USDA, and the FDA have believed for many decades that recommending a low-carbohydrate diet to the public would result in people living considerably longer, which is true. They have feared that the increase in longevity would bankrupt the United States Social Security Administration, which is also true. However, they did not do a complete analysis and overlooked the long-term negative health effects caused by the low-fat diet recommendation. The USFDA Nutritional Guidelines Are Not Scientific.

Radiation still remains one of the recommended treatments for cancer, yet science has proven that radiation is one of the causes of cancer. People take radiation treatments for their cancer, but in a vast majority of cases the cancer returns to kill them. It is possible that radiation treatments for cancer only serve to create new cancers.

Chemotherapy was touted as the most promising cure for cancer when developed more than 30 years ago. Chemotherapy treatment can reduce the size of cancer tumors or slow the progression of the disease. In many cases the disease is said to be in full remission. The main trouble with chemotherapy is the fact that is literally destroys the immune system that is trying to fight the cancer. The cancer cells that are resistant to the chemotherapy treatment return with a vengeance. The cancer flares furiously, and a repeat chemotherapy treatment is hopeless. The patient is left with a damaged immune system that is severely handicapped in the fight against the cancer. President John Kennedy's wife, Jacqueline Onassis Kennedy, was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer and given a life expectancy of five to 10 years without any treatment. Jackie went in for her first chemotherapy treatment and died three days later from the side effects of the treatment. No explanation was given for the sudden death. The family did not sue the doctor for malpractice, but obviously something was amiss.

Surgery can be effective when the cancer remains isolated in the tumor. The surgery is usually followed by either radiation treatment, chemotherapy, or both. These cancer survivors are proudly paraded by the medical community as success cases. The radiation and chemotherapy treatments are commonly credited with saving the patient's life. The success rate claimed for the radiation and chemotherapy treatments increases, but this claim is highly suspect. The localized cancer could very well have been successfully removed by surgery. At the time the radiation and chemotherapy treatments were given, the patient was already cured of cancer.

Before we look at cancer in detail, let's review the historical record of medical research.

The War on Cancer. Thirty-five years after the War on Cancer was declared by the Congress of the United States, and despite countless billions of dollars spent on research, no cure is even remotely in view. Other countries have spent billions on research as well with the same dismal results. These failures have occurred because the researchers are looking for a bonanza in income from the sale of that one special patented drug. They have ignored the simple dietary changes presented here that prevent cancer. They only care about making money, not preventing cancer.

Cancer and Chemotherapy. We were told by medical researchers more than 40 years ago that the cure for cancer was just around the corner. A cure could be found if we only spent a few more millions of dollars. Nearly 35 years after President Nixon declared war on cancer, the disease remains a most elusive and destructive foe. Chemotherapy was given stratospherical praise. Drug producers were making awesome claims about chemotherapy as the promised cure. Doctors have accepted chemotherapy as standard practice. Now we know the truth. It appears to help for a while, but the cancer generally returns with a vengeance to kill the patient.

Cancer and Radiation. We were given high hopes that radiation could simply kill the cancer. Now we have reports that irradiating the prostate to cure cancer actually increases the likelihood of cancer of the rectum by 50%. For 100 years we have known that radiation causes cancer. It seems strange to use radiation to cure cancer when it has been scientifically proven to cause cancer.

Cancer and Hormone Replacement Therapy. Women were told 20 years ago that hormone replacement therapy (HRT) would reduce the incidence of breast cancer and prevent osteoporosis. Now we find that HRT actually causes breast cancer and does nothing to prevent osteoporosis. Why women who developed breast cancer from HRT have not filed a class action lawsuit against the HRT drug manufacturers is baffling.

Heart Transplants. The first heart transplant was followed by wild claims in the medical community that humans would receive new parts from cadavers to end the heart disease problem. It never happens that way. The human body rejects foreign tissue, and drugs that kill the immune system to prevent rejection only extend life for a short time. The patient either dies from another disease because his immune system is shot or dies because the body rejects the foreign part. Life expectancy of five years or longer for a heart transplant patient is 60%. Liver transplants are somewhat more successful with 80% living five years or more. Even with this poor success rate, the multi-billion dollar donor body part business thrives.

Antiviral Drugs. We were told that new vaccines would eliminate the health risk from a vast array of pathogenic viruses if only we would spend a lot more money on research. The money was spent, but the results fall far short. Researchers can't even cure the common cold.

Metallothioneins (MTs) are a family of cysteine-rich, low molecular weight, metal-binding proteins that are naturally synthesized within cells of the body. MTs regulate the levels of zinc, copper, and selenium and bind to, or detox, cadmium, mercury, platinum, and silver. MTs prevent reactive oxygen species (ROS or free radical ions such as heavy metals) from attacking the cell membrane lipids, mitochondrial DNA and damaging the ATP (energy) generation structure of the cell. This is also known as oxidative stress. Free radical attacks on the cell DNA cause cancer. The production of MTs is dependent on the availability of dietary minerals such as zinc, copper, and selenium, and the amino acids histidine and cysteine. A deficiency of these minerals and amino acids leads to a deficiency of metallothioneins and the accumulation of heavy metals. The vegetarian diet is naturally deficient in zinc and amino acids, thereby leading to a deficiency of protective metallothioneins, resulting in heavy metal accumulation in adults and autism in infants. A diet to increase metallothioneins and reduce heavy metals contamination in children would certainly be beneficial, but the mother's poor diet during pregnancy has already done extensive damage to the baby's brain.

Natural Vitamin D from Animal Fats Can Prevent Cancer

Cod liver oil also contains a very generous amount of natural vitamin D that has been proven to prevent cancer. Professional organizations and medical societies discourage people from enjoying healthy sunshine in order to avoid skin cancer. This recommendation lacks scientific proof. People living near the equator get a high level of sunshine exposure but do not get more skin cancer than people living in northern latitudes. The elderly in nursing homes and people living in Canada who do not supplement with natural vitamin D3 (cholicalciferol) have a higher incidence of skin cancer, prostate cancer, breast cancer, and colon cancer. Vitamin D is also required by the body for the formation and health of bones for the prevention of osteoporosis. Sunlight is an important source of vitamin D. Ultraviolet (UV) rays from sunlight trigger vitamin D synthesis in the skin. Vitamin D is also obtained from cold water fish such as salmon. An excellent source for natural vitamin D is Carlson's Lemon Flavored Cod Liver Oil, which is also an excellent source for Omega-3 essential fatty acids. Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin found in animal fats, and the risk of a deficiency increases in a low-fat diet.

Cod Liver Oil: The Number One Superfood.

Animal-rights wackos have propagated the lies about vitamin A and D toxicity from cod liver oil in hopes that people will avoid taking it because it is an animal product. Other uninformed people pass the false information on and on and on until nearly everyone accepts it.  One teaspoon of Carlson's lemon flavored cod liver oil has about 20% RDA of vitamin A and 100% RDA of vitamin D or 400 IU.  This website author has taken 2 tablespoons (6 teaspoons) per day for several years with only healthy benefits. This gives just a little more than the RDA of vitamin A and 6 times the level of vitamin D.  However, you would have to take 30 tablespoons per day for 6 months to reach the slightest level of toxicity of vitamin D.  Polar bear liver can have such a high level of vitamin D that it killed early explorers in just one meal. So, don't eat any polar bear liver....LOL.

A "global warming" brainwashing scare was presented on the Internet and TV on December 1, 2006, in which polar bears looked forlorn as if trapped on the floating piece of ice. This brainwashing story is run several times a year on the Internet and TV. Actually, the bears are simply looking suspiciously at the humans nearby who are taking pictures. The story is nonsense and brainwashing. The bears can swim for 100 miles in open sea just for the fun of it, and they know where they are going. The ice along Northern Canada and Alaska has always melted at the shoreline in summer. That is why explorers tried to search for the Northwest Passage, a route around Northern Canada that was ice free. The passage is rarely fully open, but an icebreaker has made the trip from Greenland to Alaska. The Franklin party comprised of two ships tried to find the passage in 1825. They knew they would be trapped in the ice all winter and prepared for it by bringing guns, food, and lime juice for vitamin C. They all died anyway from scurvy, a disease caused by vitamin C deficiency. The men on the trapped ships could see the nearby Eskimos waving as they went about their daily routine hunting seals, raising babies, taking care of old people, and feeding their dogs. The Eskimos had no guns and ate a 100% meat diet. Professional nutritionists brainwash the public by claiming that meat has no vitamin C. Actually, the Eskimo's 100% meat diet prevented scurvy and could cure scurvy in those who suffered from it, as proven by arctic explorer Vilhjalmur Stefansson.

Carbohydrates in the Diet Cause Cancer

Cancer cells are gluttons for glucose. A high insulin level makes cancer more likely as revealed in the higher cancer rate in those who are diabetic, obese or have insulin resistance even though they are skinny. Cancer cells don't become insulin resistant.  Insulin is the supercharger for stuffing glucose into cancer cells. The cancer cells are literally being force-fed with glucose by the insulin. High insulin levels cause cancer cells to propagate and grow faster. During digestion, carbohydrates in the diet are broken down into the basic glucose molecule that enters the blood stream. The cancer cells consume glucose at a higher rate than normal cells. The glucose being stuffed into the cancer cells by insulin raises the temperature of the cancer cells. Thermal imaging is a technique for finding these higher temperature cancer cells.

Carbohydrates in the diet also increase the risk of candida yeast and fungal infections, especially in the colon. The result is an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) with the higher risk of colon cancer.

Whole Grains Cause Cancer.

Whole grains are a primary cause of cancer. Whole grains contain molds, fungi, and yeast that have been strongly linked to cancer, as discussed below. Whole grains also contain pro-inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids that promote cancer as discussed below. The incidence of cancer in all of the English-speaking world (United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia) has exploded in direct proportion to that amount of whole grains eaten in the diet. Cancer is an epidemic that matches the strong consumption of whole grain foods.

Bad Vegetable Fats in the Diet Cause Cancer

Hydrogenated vegetable oils (trans fatty acids) are made from polyunsaturated vegetable oils such as soybean oil, cottonseed oil, corn oil, and peanut oil. The chemical process changes them into unnatural saturated fats. They are very rarely found in nature. Linoleic fatty acid is a precursor for arachidonic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid, which is a precursor for the prostaglandin E2 series (PGE2). PGE2 reduces the ability of macrophages and natural killer (NK) cells to kill cancer cells and tumors. Omega-6 fatty acids are found in abundance in grains, nuts, and seeds. These foods should be strictly avoided. Healthy nuts are pine nuts and macadamia nuts that are low in omega-6 fatty acids.

The edible oil industry produces omega-6 polyunsaturated vegetable, seed, and grain oils such as corn oil, soybean oil, Canola oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, and cottonseed oil. These oils are highly suspect as one of the leading causes of heart disease and cancer, both of which increase in concert with increases in omega-6 fatty acids in the diet. Omega-6 fatty acids are pro-inflammatory and proven to cause or contribute to a long list of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and many others.

Postmenopausal breast cancer is associated with high intakes of omega-6 fatty acids (Sweden).

"RESULTS: Saturated fat and the omega3-omega6 fatty acid ratio were not related to increased risks, but positive trends were seen for total (p = 0.031), monounsaturated (p = 0.002), and polyunsaturated fat (p = 0.0009), especially omega6 fatty acids and the polyunsaturated-saturated fat ratio (p = 0.004). With mutual adjustment for different types of fat, an elevated risk remained significant in the highest omega6 fatty acid quintile (RR= 2.08, 95% CI 1.08-4.01)."

The above study proves that saturated fats and the correct ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fats as found in red meat and fish were not associated with an elevated risk for breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Monounsaturated omega-9 fats as found in olive oil showed a slight risk, but polyunsaturated omega-6 fats as found in grains, seeds, and nuts show a strong risk of breast cancer. These excellent results are just the opposite of the myths, distortions, and lies promoted by vegetarians and manufacturers of high-carbohydrate foods. Beef, lamb, and pork with saturated fats are very healthy foods.

Cigarettes are another major source for fungi. The leaves of the tobacco plant naturally develop surface fungi in the hot, humid climates where the plant flourishes. The fungi remains on the tobacco as it is processed into cigarettes. The fungi are carried deep into the lungs as the smoker inhales. The primary reason why cigarettes are carcinogenic is most likely due to the fungi.

Many books and websites cloud the issue by blaming fungi for every disease known to mankind. This shotgun approach  is simply not true. Blaming fungi for dozens of diseases is detrimental to identifying those diseases that are truly caused by fungi. Good Animal Fats in the Diet Prevent Cancer

Saturated fats or a high-fat diet of fresh or fresh frozen meats has no effect on cancer risks as falsely claimed. Natural saturated fatty acids from animals provide healthy cell membranes and protect against cancer. Studies suggesting saturated animal fats cause a cancer risk are always distorted by including saturated hydrogenated vegetable oils (trans fatty acids) or processed meats in the study. In contrast, studies of CLA levels in meat suggest that cooking and processing meat can increase its concentration of CLA. Omega-3 linolenic fatty acid is a precursor for prostaglandins E1 series (PGE1) and inhibits the omega-6 fatty acids by competing for the same enzymes. This means fewer E2 series prostaglandins (PGE2) are produced and more PGE1 prostaglandins are produced. The PGE1 prostaglandins increase the ability of macrophages and natural killer (NK) cells to destroy cancer cells and tumors. Therefore, a cancer-prevention diet should include a generous quantity of omega-3 fatty acids found in cold water fish such as salmon and supplementing with Carlson's lemon-flavored cod liver oil.

Diet Will Prevent Cancer and Will Shrink Cancer Tumor Cells

The vegetarian diet will not kill cancer cells. The Macrobiotic diet will not kill cancer cells. The low-carbohydrate diet is the best diet to slow cancer cell growth because blood glucose levels are held to a minimum. Cancer cells feed on glucose. The standard low-fat, high-carbohydrate diet recommended by the American Cancer Society (ACS) is the worst diet because it promotes high levels of blood glucose that are the super fuel to grow the cancer, and high insulin levels are the superchargers to force feed the cancer.

The low-carbohydrate diet will prevent cancer. It will also slow and restrict cancer cell growth in existing cancers. It will also slow or kill fungal cells that grow in association with cancer cells. Normal body cells that are infested with a fungus are sometimes mistaken for cancer cells. Anti-fungal medicines should be taken in addition to the low-carbohydrate diet to kill the fungus.

High-fat Ketogenic Diet Shrinks Cancer Tumors.

“Management of glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) has been difficult using standard therapy (radiation with temozolomide chemotherapy). The ketogenic diet is used commonly to treat refractory epilepsy in children and, when administered in restricted amounts, can also target energy metabolism in brain tumors. We report the case of a 65-year-old woman who presented with progressive memory loss, chronic headaches, nausea, and a right hemisphere multi-centric tumor seen with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Following incomplete surgical resection, the patient was diagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme expressing hypermethylation of the MGMT gene promoter.”

Methods

“Prior to initiation of the standard therapy, the patient conducted water-only therapeutic fasting and a restricted 4:1 (fat: carbohydrate + protein) ketogenic diet that delivered about 600 kcal/day. The patient also received the restricted ketogenic diet concomitantly during the standard treatment period. The diet was supplemented with vitamins and minerals. Steroid medication (dexamethasone) was removed during the course of the treatment. The patient was followed using MRI and positron emission tomography with fluoro-deoxy-glucose (FDG-PET).”

Results

“After two months treatment, the patient's body weight was reduced by about 20% and no discernable brain tumor tissue was detected using either FDG-PET or MRI imaging. Biomarker changes showed reduced levels of blood glucose and elevated levels of urinary ketones. MRI evidence of tumor recurrence was found 10 weeks after suspension of strict diet therapy.”

Conclusion

“This is the first report of confirmed GBM treated with standard therapy together with a restricted ketogenic diet. As rapid regression of GBM is rare in older patients following incomplete surgical resection and standard therapy alone, the response observed in this case could result in part from the action of the calorie restricted ketogenic diet. Further studies are needed to evaluate the efficacy of restricted ketogenic diets, administered alone or together with standard treatment, as a therapy for GBM and possibly other malignant brain tumors.”

Actually, the organic vegetarian and Macrobiotic diets are both high-risk cancer-causing diets because they are deficient in protein and high in carbohydrates. The word "organic" is used in connection with these diets because people seem to think eating organic will protect them from cancer. This is not the case. Organic vegetarians and Macrobiotic dieters have a high risk of cancer because these diets weaken the immune system. All immune cells are made from amino acids obtained from protein. These high-carbohydrate diets increase the level of blood glucose that feeds the cancer cells. These diets promote cancer as seen in people of Southern China who suffer from a high incidence of colon cancer, and the vegetarians of Southern India who have the shortest life span on earth.

Mr. Robert McCarrison, a nutritionist from Scotland, studied the nutrition and health of the peoples of India for many years during the early twentieth century. His laboratory later became known as the India National Institute of Nutrition. He reported in 1921, during a lecture at the University of Pittsburgh, that the vegetarians of Southern India suffered greatly from cancer. They ate a high-fiber, organic diet of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. They religiously abstained from meat and all animal products, yet the people of Southern India suffered greatly from many forms of cancer and intestinal disease. He reported that the people of Northern India near the Himalayas were much healthier without finding a single case of cancer. These Northern Indians has a diet of milk, butter, fresh red meat, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, although the amount of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains was much more limited because the people live in the rugged mountains at a high elevation. This extensive study proved that eating fresh red meat and saturated animal fats does not cause cancer. In fact, these years of study proved that eating fresh red meat and saturated animal fats actually prevents cancer.

If you believe fresh red meat and saturated fats cause cancer, you have been brainwashed. If you believe a vegetarian, high-fiber, organic diet of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains does not cause cancer, you have been brainwashed.

Exposing the Myths, Dangers and Lies About Organic Food.

The author knows only two vegetarians by name. Dave was a healthy-looking handyman. He was trim, and his weight was perfect for his size. In our discussion about health and diet five years ago he rejected my low-carbohydrate diet comments. Dave stated he was a vegetarian. He had just formed a vegetarian support group. His vegetarian diet has not treated him well. Dave was diagnosed with inoperable, terminal colon cancer in 2005. Dave is about 50 years of age. His death is eminent. Dave died in August, 2006.

Exercise will not eliminate the risk of cancer but most likely increases the risk. Avoiding red meat and animal fats will not eliminate the risk of cancer. A vegetarian triathlon competitor sadly discovered this fact. Kathy participated in triathlon events even though she was 50 years of age. She developed a persistent cough that her doctor diagnosed as being caused by a post nasal drip. She was very concerned and visited another doctor when the cough became worse. Her chest x-ray revealed the dreaded news. Kathy had tumors in her lungs that proved to be cancerous. She had chemotherapy that seemed to place the cancer well into remission. The tumors shrank for a while but have come back. Kathy has had every new experimental cancer drug available. Nothing worked, and side effects were horrible. She had chemo a second time, although doctors rarely try it. It did not help her. Kathy didn't realize that excessive exercise literally wipes out the immune system. The Myths of Vegetarianism.

Dietary supplements will not kill cancer cells. Wild claims made by salesmen of herbal products are simply not true. Herbs will not kill cancer cells. Chinese medicine will not kill cancer cells. Homeopathic products will not kill cancer cells. Acupuncture will not kill cancer cells. Magnetic therapy will not kill cancer cells. All of these treatments are a fraud.

The Immune System Can Kill Cancer Cells

The professional organizations are NOT telling you the key to cancer prevention and treatment. Literature published by professional cancer organizations, cancer books, cancer websites, and most human physiology textbooks describe the function of each element in the immune system.

However, most references usually fail to tell you that all of these immune cells are made of polypeptide chains. The chains are a special arrangement of many peptide molecules. The many different peptide molecules are made from chains of amino acids. References that do not explain the importance of protein in the diet are very deceptive. They are not telling you that meat is the best source of amino acids in the diet to build strong immune systems. There are 22 amino acids in the body of which 11 are essential amino acids that can only be obtained from food.

Anthropological research (the study of humanity) conducted by Vilhjalmur Stefansson beginning in 1906 in his exploration of the Arctic and study of the Eskimos, found that a 100% meat diet prevents cancer. He found that the Eskimos who ate a 100% meat diet had no evidence of cancer in any individual and no indication from the people that anyone in the past died with symptoms of cancer. His research proves the high-protein diet with an abundance of amino acids prevents cancer. This is to be expected, since all immune cells are made from amino acids, and immune cells prevent cancer. Eskimos on the Arctic ice ate a diet of 100% seal meat and seal fat. Eskimos on the MacKenzie River Delta ate a 100% meat diet of salmon. Other Eskimos ate a diet of 100% caribou meat and fat. Other Eskimos lived in the mountains entirely by eating Rocky Mountain Big Horn Sheep. Caribou and sheep are red meats that provided immunity from cancer.

The Low-Carbohydrate Diet Can Prevent Cancer

Beginning in 1906, arctic explorer Vilhjalmur Stefansson and his companion, Karsen Anderson, spent several years living with Eskimos in Northern Canada. They lived on an all meat and fat diet of seal, polar bear, caribou, and fish. Doctors and nutritionists insisted that was impossible. The Eskimos had no carbohydrates and no fiber in their diets but suffered no detectable health effects. In fact, their health was excellent with absolutely no dental caries, no heart disease, no cancer, and excellent bone health. Most people have been found to be addicted to the very foods that made them sick and continue to prevent their recovery. These people typically refuse to change their nutritional philosophy. Supplementing the diet with additional vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, and essential amino acids is an absolute requirement in order to overwhelm the body with optimal nutrition. This list is extensive and could be too expensive for anyone on a restricted budget. Therefore, the supplements are listed in order of importance with the most important listed at the top. The supplements should include the following and more if possible.

Protein and L-Glutamine Drink. Prepare a drink made with whey amino acid protein powder which is enriched with extra glutamine amino acid. The protein powder consists of a full compliment of amino acid isolates that heal the body and require no digestion. Prepare the drink by blending 8 to 16 oz of reverse osmosis with UV lamp water or unsweetened, low-sodium tomato juice with 1 heaping teaspoon (12 gm) of whey protein powder plus 1 rounded teaspoon (8 gm) of glutamine amino acid powder. Stirring vigorously with the teaspoon is sufficient. The whey protein must be specified on the carton as isolates from cross flow microfiltration and ion-exchange, ultrafiltered concentrate, low molecular weight, and partially hydrolyzed whey protein peptides rich in branched chain amino acids and glutamine peptides. The low-carbohydrate type at 1 gm per scoop or less is best, but it should not be more than 4-5 gm of carbohydrates per scoop. Do not substitute protein from soy, egg, casein, or any other source. Sugar or any other sweetener is unacceptable. Use the "natural flavor" without additives. This amino acid drink can be enjoyed anytime with or without a meal. Amino acids are foods that build and maintain the body. Refrigerate whey protein powder and discard if it is old. Whey protein powder can cause some gas and an unusually "full" feeling. Discontinue the whey protein powder if the reactions are unpleasant. Continue to take the glutamine powder.

The three most nutritionally important omega-3 fatty acids are alpha-linolenic fatty acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic fatty acid (DHA). These are classified as essential because the body cannot make these from other fats, and a deficiency results many diseases. Flax seed oil contains alpha-linolenic fatty acid (ALA) but does not contain EPA or DHA fatty acids. The bodies of some people cannot convert ALA into EPA or DHA, resulting in a deficiency. Therefore, flax seed oil is not a good source for the essential omega-3 fatty acids. Cod liver oil is the best choice because all three of these essential fatty acids are directly available to the body.

The two essential omega-6 linoleic fatty acids are linoleic fatty acid (LA) and arachidonic fatty acid (ARA). In reality, only ARA is essential, but LA has also been listed as essential, since ARA can be made from LA in the body by biosynthesis. One or the other is needed -- not both. These fatty acids are essential because the body is unable to make them from other fats and because they play a fundamental role in several physiological functions. A deficiency results in many diseases. As a result, we must be sure our diet contains sufficient amounts of either alpha-linolenic acid or arachidonic acid. The body easily changes linoleic fatty acid (as found mainly in grain, nut, and seed oils) into arachidonic fatty acid but in doing so can create an unhealthy oversupply of ARA. Vegetarian diets result in an unhealthy oversupply of ARA. Arachidonic fatty acid is the essential omega-6 fatty acid that is found in a healthy but limited amount in meat. Most dietary experts teach that omega-6 polyunsaturated fats from vegetable oils are healthy, but they are not. The following links are only three examples of many exposing this misconception. Vegetable oils should not be called healthy, when research shows they causes cancer, heart disease, asthma, and many other autoimmune diseases.

Omega-6 fatty acids should be avoided. They are found in vegetable, seed, and nut oils such as safflower oil, corn oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, and others.

The edible oil industry produces omega-6 polyunsaturated vegetable, seed, and grain oils such as corn oil, soybean oil, Canola oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, and cottonseed oil. These oils are highly suspect as one of the leading causes of heart disease and cancer, both of which increase in concert with increases of omega-6 fatty acids in the diet. Omega-6 fatty acids are pro-inflammatory and proven to cause or contribute to a long list of autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, and many others.

Postmenopausal breast cancer is associated with high intakes of omega-6 fatty acids (Sweden).

"RESULTS: Saturated fat and the omega3-omega6 fatty acid ratio were not related to increased risks, but positive trends were seen for total (p = 0.031), monounsaturated (p = 0.002), and polyunsaturated fat (p = 0.0009), especially omega6 fatty acids and the polyunsaturated-saturated fat ratio (p = 0.004). With mutual adjustment for different types of fat, an elevated risk remained significant in the highest omega6 fatty acid quintile (RR= 2.08, 95% CI 1.08-4.01)."

Saturated animal fats are not the cause of cancer or heart disease. Red meat is a wonderful whole food that heals the body and prevents disease. Red meat contains all of the essential nutrients for health. Many different Eskimo tribes lived entirely on red meat in perfect health. One tribe lived in the high mountains of Alaska and lived entirely on Big Horn sheep meat. Others lived entirely on caribou meat. The North American Plains Indians lived almost entirely on buffalo meat. They dried and grounded lean meat to which they added rendered buffalo fat. This mixture was called pemmican. It was a whole food consisting of 70 percent fat. Fresh red meat does not cause cancer. Processed deli meat has been linked to colon cancer; fresh red meat has not. All deli meats contain sugar and bad chemicals. The unhealthy effect is from the additives, not from the red meat.

Hard cheese is one category of products made from cows' milk that is wonderfully healthy. The bacterial process in making hard cheese removes all of the lactose, leaving the healthy fat and protein. Avoid cheese spreads, cottage cheese, yogurt, and cream cheeses.

Chicken fat is treated by proponents of the USDA Food Guide Pyramid as if it were a poison that would instantly plug the arteries of the heart or give you cancer. This attitude is absolute nonsense. Chicken fat is wonderful food that heals and nourishes the body. The chicken skin is the best part of the bird, especially when baked to a medium crisp consistency. The author of this web page enjoys baked chicken by drinking half a cup of melted chicken fat from the bottom of the baking pan.

All animal, fish, and fowl meats are wonderfully healthy foods when purchased fresh or fresh frozen and unprocessed before cooking at home or by the restaurant. Never buy chickens or turkeys that have been injected with a sugar/salt solution. The fatty cuts of meat are the best and should be chosen over lean cuts. Never eat lean meat without a healthy serving of animal fats. If the cooked meat is naturally lean it should be eaten by dipping in the melted cooking fat.

Advanced Treatments for the Prevention of Cancer

Cancer cells can travel throughout the body in the blood system without detection by the immune system. It is a commonly acknowledged scientific fact that cancer cells cloak themselves in a covering of fibrin. The body's natural fibrin is an elastic, insoluble, whitish protein produced by the action of thrombin on fibrinogen to form an interlacing fibrous network in the coagulation of blood. The coating camouflages the cancer cells because the immune system sees fibrin as "self." The alarm is not sent out because the protective coating prevents an attack against the cancer cell. The coating also prevents anti-cancer drugs from reaching the cancer cell. The cancer cell thereby has a very effective armored plating. The removal of the fibrin shield from the cancer cell would allow the immune system to see the cancer as "foreign" and mount a destructive attack, thereby curing the cancer.

The fibrin coating on the cancer cell is also sticky. This allows a cancer cell to adhere to healthy body cells as the cancer cell travels throughout the body in the circulatory system. The stickiness is effective in the metastication (to metastasize or spread) of cancer throughout the body from an active local tumor. The removal of the sticky fibrin would diminish the ability of the cancer to spread to other body organs, thereby preventing the spread of cancer from the localized tumor.

All is not lost. We have at least three possible ways to remove the fibrin coating from the cancer cell, and more ways may be presented in the future. The pharmaceutical drug Streptokinase effectively dissolves fibrin blood clots. This drug has been approved by the USFDA for emergency treatment of a stroke caused by a blood clot or for removing fibrin blood clots in the arms, legs, or heart. It is a very powerful drug and can dissolve many blood clots within hours. Unfortunately, it has not been approved for treatment to prevent cancer or to cure cancer. Your doctor will not prescribe this drug for any purpose other than the treatment for which it has been approved. The drug also has serious negative side effects. It can cause bleeding and is never used when a hemorrhagic stroke is suspected.

Fortunately, Serrapeptase and Nattokinase are two nutritional supplements available that remove fibrin. They can be purchase locally or online and taken by anyone without a doctor's prescription. The following protocol is recommend on an intermittent basis as a cancer preventative or on a continual basis when cancer has been diagnosed.

Serrapeptase is a proteolytic enzyme isolated from the micro-organism Serratia E15. This enzyme is naturally processed commercially today through fermentation and was discovered in the silkworm intestine. This immunologically-active enzyme is completely bound to the alpha 2 macroglobulin in biological fluids. Histological studies reveal powerful anti-inflammatory effects of this naturally-occurring enzyme. Serrapeptase digests nonliving tissue, blood clots, cysts, arterial plaque, and inflammation in all forms. Serrapeptase and Nattokinase may be effective in removing the fibrin covering from cancer cells in the same manner as dissolving a thrombus (blood clot) associated with the heart, leg, arm, hand, or brain. Treating Liver Cancer With Urea

A compound common in the body has been shown to have very powerful anti-cancer properties, especially in the liver. The compound is urea as found in the urine. The body produces ammonia during the metabolism of protein. The liver converts ammonia to urea for discharge from the body in the urine. This action concentrates urea in the liver.

Urea is common to the body and has no negative effects on healthy body cells. The body normally excretes about one ounce of urea per day with the urine. Trials of a new pill have shown that it can shrink tumours in up to 80 per cent of cases, and end the need for damaging chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Do you see the major error in the above cancer report? The research was done by a Swedish research group. The culprit in causing cancer is blood sugar (glucose). Dr. Greg Martin is in the United Kingdom (UK) and not a part of the Sweden group. Dr. Martin recommends a diet with lots of fruit and vegetables that has no protein and no fat. Fruit is 100% carbohydrates. In other words, Dr. Martin suggest a diet with lots of glucose to guard against cancer that is caused by glucose. In the picture on the link they show a beef burger as if beef burgers are the cause of cancer. Beef has zero carbohydrates and zero glucose. The advice of Dr. Martin is backwards. Having one-and-a-half servings of red meat per day almost doubled the risk of hormone receptor-positive breast cancer compared to three or fewer per week. UK cancer experts said animals in the UK were not given growth hormones which are used for US animals. Researchers from Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston studied women who were part of the Nurses' Health Study II from 1989 to 2003. The women filled out questionnaires in 1991, 1995 and 1999, on which they recorded how often they regularly consumed more than 130 different foods and beverages. A portion of meat was defined as beef, pork or lamb as a main dish, in a sandwich or eating a hamburger, bacon, hot-dogs or other processed meat as part of a meal."

The "red meat causes cancer" scam goes like this. Researchers have known for years that processed meat such as smoked ham, bologna, hot dogs, and other deli meats increase the risk of cancer. A review of the nutritional labels will show why. These meats are loaded with sugar, bad hydrogenated vegetable fats, and bulked up with soy protein. The nitrites and/or nitrates have also been independently implicated. Nitrates are reduced to nitrites by bacteria found in the meat. Nitrites in turn become nitric oxide, which cures the meat.

Researchers simply design the study to include both fresh red meat and processed meats in the same category, knowing perfectly well that the processed meats will implicate the entire group as increasing the risk of colon cancer.

Next, the researchers emphasize red meat in the reports and say very little about the processed meats. Many reporters cleverly delete the reference to processed meats and make the statement about red meat only. The same fraudulent study is repeated year after year at tax payers' expense. This is simply an animal rights agenda supported by ignorant news reporters.

"A breast cancer patient should have the drug Herceptin, according to a landmark ruling from the Court of Appeal. Ann Marie Rogers of Swindon, Wilts, UK, was appealing against an earlier High Court decision upholding Swindon Primary Care Trust's refusal to fund Herceptin. Ms Rogers, 53, had said she faced a "death sentence" without Herceptin."

This most likely will be a very sad case to follow. The pharmaceutical manufacturers have hyped the promises for new cancer treatment drugs to the extent that cancer sufferers launch court cases in order to get the National Health Service in the UK to pay for the drug. This drug is very unlikely to cure her breast cancer, if indeed she does have breast cancer. More to follow.

"Dr. Faguet is no stranger to cancer research. After receiving his MD degree in Bogota, Colombia, he did postgraduate work at the University of Texas and at Ohio State University. He then conducted cancer research in Augusta, GA, for 28 years, funded mainly by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). His output has included 140 peer-reviewed articles, 7 book chapters, and two previous scientific books on cancer. He is an expert on chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)."

"Starting about fifteen years ago, the doctor told me in a recent telephone interview, he began to develop serious misgivings concerning the lack of progress in the war on cancer. At the urging of departmental colleagues, he began writing The War on Cancer about five years ago and it was finally published by the German medical publisher, Springer, in late 2005."

"Faguet has a keen sense of medical history. He points out that after the development of effective treatments for Hodgkin's lymphoma, in the 1970s, many researchers thought that the cure for the more common cancers was just around the corner. But the successful conquest of Hodgkin's disease has remained an isolated victory. "Indeed," Faguet notes, "little additional progress has been made towards the cure of most invasive cancers. In fact, in the last 20 years, only testicular cancer has been added to the short list of malignancies routinely curable using chemotherapy" (p. xiv)."

Doubt over pesticide cancer link - March 21, 2006.

"Experts have said people should not be alarmed by research claiming a link between pesticides in food and cancer. A team from Liverpool University reviewed studies carried out in the lab and on animals. The Journal of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine study said it was feasible babies and young adults were at risk from the chemicals. But Professor John Toy of Cancer Research UK said the work did not offer "compelling" evidence of a link."

Don't believe much of the nonsense about traces of pesticides causing cancer. Professor John Toy of the Cancer Research UK is one of the few professionals disputing such wild claims and false studies. You can read the entire article to find meat and dairy foods are criticized, but fruit and vegetables are not. The study by the team from Liverpool University is another example of animal-rights and vegetarian bias running amuck. Don't believe the hype about organic fruit and vegetables either. Most organic fruit and vegetables are sprayed with pesticides. It is impossible to grow worm-free apples without pesticides even though they are sold as "organic" in the supermarkets. This is typical of brainwashing being done by most universities.

Low-Fat Diet Does Not Cut Health Risks, Study Finds. February 9, 2006.

This big study costing millions of dollars was a slam against the low-fat diet, but read the above report with caution. Some of the statements made about Dr. Robert C. Atkins are blatant lies. The article states, "Robert Atkins, keeled over weighing 258 lbs." These statements are lies. Dr. Robert C. Atkins was still caring for patients in his medical practice when he suffered a fatal head injury in an accidental fall on an icy sidewalk as he walked to work at age 72. He was healthy and trim at about 195 lbs. at the time of the accident. He never regained consciousness and suffered kidney failure before his death, resulting in an excessive accumulation of body fluids. These lies are typical of those propagated by supporters of the low-fat diet dogma.

Tiny biosensor to detect cancer is likely to make cancer medical costs soar.

A tiny biosensor has been developed that could detect cancer protein molecules circulating in the blood. The protein molecules are different for each type of cancer in the body. This sounds like an awesome diagnostic tool, but future experience may prove otherwise. The test is likely to make medical and insurance costs soar. People are already in a state of panic about getting cancer, especially women. Patients will insist the blood tests be given on a regular basis. The tests are most likely to give many false positive cancer signals in every patient and may signal that the patient has many different types of cancer. The patients will panic and believe they have wide-spread cancer throughout their bodies. Most people will not accept any cancer risk. Radiation, chemotherapy and other drugs will be used to fight these minute cancer cells that would never become life threatening. The body has many cancer cells develop daily that are removed naturally by a healthy immune system.

Drug halves breast cancer returns.

A US study has shown the drug Herceptin cuts the risk of tumours returning in women with early stage breast cancer by 50%. A second study in the New England Journal of Medicine showed Herceptin can also reduce cancer recurrence when combined with a chemotherapy drug. A leading cancer expert called the studies' findings "stunning". But they will increase pressure on regulators to make Herceptin available for early as well as advanced cancers. Herceptin, which also has the generic name traztuzumab, targets a protein called HER2, which appears to be over-abundant in some women's breast cancers.

Study - Mounting Evidence of Chemotherapy's Lack of Effectiveness for Treating Lung Cancer - Part 1

According to a study by three medical oncologists at the University of New South Wales/St. Vincent's Hospital in Australia, chemotherapy for treating lung cancer only increases the 5-year survival rate by 2% and only increases the average survival time by 2 months as compared to 20 years ago. Chemotherapy for lung cancer is almost worthless, yet doctors worldwide continue to push the therapy as if it were effective.

Good Calories, Bad Calories by Gary Taubes

This is a must-read book. Gary Taubes is an award-winning scientist who has specialized in exposing misleading, incorrect, or fraudulent science. His seven-year research in every science connected with the impact of nutrition on health shows us that almost everything we believe about the nature of a healthy diet is wrong. For decades we have been taught that fat is bad for us, carbohydrates are better, and that the key to a healthy weight is eating less and exercising more. Based on the evidence that does exist, he leads us to conclude that the only healthy way to lose weight and remain lean is to eat fewer carbohydrates or to change the type of carbohydrates we do eat and, for some of us, perhaps to eat virtually none at all.
