Mommy goes shopping with the baby she loves for the best baby food available at the supermarket. She wants her infant to have a "balanced diet" so she buys four jars with meat, four jars with vegetables, and four jars with fruit. She selects baby food made by a well-known major manufacturer. She is so happy and pleased that she can afford to buy anything she wants in the baby food department. She doesn't know that the "balanced diet" she has selected will make her baby very sick over time unless she provides other food higher in fats and protein. She doesn't realize that while nursing her baby was receiving a diet with 50 to 57% of calories from fat, but the infant will only receive 8% fat from the food she is about to purchase. Commercial baby food is grossly deficient in protein and fat

Many baby books, websites and the official government publications in all English-speaking nations recommend feeding babies rice cereal, fruit juice, fruit, and vegetables as a replacement for a reduction in breast milk or baby formula. This is a very bad practice. These foods are basically all carbohydrates. The infant has a corresponding drop in proteins and fats which are essential for good health and growth. The baby's muscles, bones, brain, and all other structures are built from protein and fat eaten by the baby, not from carbohydrates.

Homemade Baby Formula

Note: I don't accept the raw milk suggestion in the above homemade formula sourse because it is impossible for a mother to get raw milk from cows that have been tested for bacteria and to obtain fresh raw milk that has not been contaminated. Whole milk (full fat) and whole cream from the supermarket would be OK as a base, or better yet from a special dairy store. Then add Carlson's Lemon Flavored cod liver oil and NOW colloidal minerals, say 1/4 cap full per day divided dose plus baby vitamins. A home made formula could be easily prepared that is much better than store formula that has undesirable vegetable oils and undesirable sugars. The whole milk also has cholesterol that is a MUST for baby's growing brain.

Another popular baby food is "Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Cereal for Baby." Doesn't the name sound absolutely wholesome and healthy for your baby? Unfortunately, most moms don't know the difference between good food and bad food for their baby, and they don't understand healthy nutritional requirements. Your baby will die if this brown rice cereal were all the baby is fed. This is not an exaggeration. Your baby would be DEAD. Mother's breast milk will grow a healthy, happy baby because it is 57% fat. The brown rice cereal has no fat, zero, none. The brown rice cereal has 12 grams of carbohydrates but only one gram of protein; Therefore, the baby would also be protein deficient. The brown rice cereal is mostly carbohydrates, but the scientific requirement of carbohydrates for babies is zero. Fats are a scientific requirement for humans, not carbohydrates.

The baby may stop nursing himself before the tenth month. In these cases, the mother should use a breast pump to continue feeding the baby with breast milk in a bottle until the correct nourishment can be obtained from table foods. Commercial baby food is outrageously inflated with carbohydrates

Commercial infant foods have an excessive amount of sugars of various types. Fruits and fruit juices in baby food jars and cans are totally devoid of fat and contain a very small amount of protein, but they are extremely high in carbohydrates in the form of fructose, a sugar. Baby food vegetables are devoid of fat and have very little protein or carbohydrates. Vegetables are very good as a source of vitamins and minerals, but otherwise, vegetables are like placing your baby on a very low-calorie diet. Vegetables have very few calories. The infant needs calories from fats. The infant needs foods with a similar percentage of protein and fats as was available in the mother's breast milk which is more than 50% fats and 25% protein.

A male friend said, "A thin friend of ours could not produce breast milk to feed any of her children. My spouse recommended she eat butter. She immediately started producing milk and was able to nurse her third child. She still remains thin to this day, however. She ate a stick of butter per day. It really worked. Everyone around were amazed and shocked that she would eat so much butter and have such a dramatic health benefit. It wasn't even organic!

The above news report blaming obesity and future heart disease on the lack of exercise in children is pure nonsense. The study should have compared the amount of carbohydrates in the diet to find the true cause of obesity and heart disease. Another false claim suggests that artery deposits increase slowly year after year in people who do not get enough exercise. The true cause of obesity and heart disease is a diet high in carbohydrate foods such as whole grains, fruit, and sugar. The low-fat diet proponents are using the amount of exercise as the scapegoat for their disastrous diet recommendations.

Autism - Scientists are finally starting to speak out against the vegetarian diet, but voices are severely suppressed. Research money is simply withdrawn from any scientist who might study the deficiencies of the vegetarian diet. The fetus can be severely damaged in the womb when the mother eats a deficient vegetarian diet. Growing babies and infants can be seriously harmed by the vegetarian diet, leading to death in severe cases. Autism was virtually unknown in 1980 at less than 1 in 5000. Now autism has surged to 1 in every 115 babies due to the matching surge in the low-fat, vegetarian lifestyle and the avoidance of red meat in the diets of younger women. A woman should eat a diet abundantly high in red meat, fowl, fish, seafood, animal fats, cholesterol, fish oil, hard cheeses, and eggs for many months prior to becoming pregnant in order to deliver a smart, healthy baby. She should continue the diet throughout pregnancy, and she and the child should continue this diet as a lifestyle for their own good health.

Autism is likely caused by failure of the brain of a fetus to develop properly in the womb. High-fat breast milk was perfect food, but the commercial baby food is GROSS stuff. I found this example on Amazon:

No animal fats. Mother milk is all animal fats at more than 50% of calories. Commercial baby food is 60% carbohydrates --- sugars.

What is with all of these spices --- GROSS? Read the BAD reviews, and these people are not even experts.

Commercial baby and infant food has very little meat even in special meat dishes. This means that all of the other calories are from carbohydrates --- sugars. Sure, baby loves sugars. Who doesn't.

Where is the essential omega-3 fatty acids? Baby needs baked salmon with a little lemon juice and canola mayonnaise. Smash it up with a few cooked peas on the side smashed with lots of real butter.

Scrambled eggs in real butter and palm oil are great. Add some shredded hard cheeses in the pan to melt before serving.

Roast chicken or thighs with all of the skin and pan fats. Smash it up with lots of of the fat. Our grandchildren said, "More chicken skin, Papa."

Same with roast beef or pork shoulder roast. Same with baby back pork ribs. Add to the pot some diced carrots, potatoes, and/or yams.

Avoid fructose from fruits and juices because many babies are fructose intolerant. Avoid legumes and nuts. Avoid high salt.

Whole fat milk may be OK but avoid if it give the baby a stomach ache or bad diapers. Avoid all other dairy foods except real hard cheeses.

Give baby a vitamin and mineral supplement that must contain iodine when salt is restricted.

Baby Brains Are Not Made From Fruits and Vegetables

One of the omega-3 fatty acids, DHA, is a major constituent of cell membranes in the brain. A DHA deficiency weakens the cells and structure of the brain, leaving a baby with an underdeveloped brain. Growing infants and children have the same problem. A DHA deficiency in the diet of a pregnant woman will result in a deficiency in the brain development of the fetus. DHA fatty acid is called an essential nutrient in the human diet because a deficiency results in many diseases throughout the body, even in adults.

Children most at risk for having autism and/or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) are those whose mothers think of themselves as being very health conscious, especially "health nuts." These mothers follow the health guidelines of professional nutritionists, obstetricians, pediatricians, and the USDA Food Guide Pyramid religiously. They eat lots of fruit and vegetables as recommended. They don't have a clue about the scientific facts. Fruit and vegetables contain no protein and no amino acids as needed to grow a baby. Fruit and vegetables contain no saturated fats as needed to grow a baby's brain and body.  Fruit and vegetables contain no cholesterol of which the baby needs an abundance in order to grow a healthy brain. You were tricked and lied to. Fruit is loaded with unhealthy fructose sugar that is no different than high fructose corn syrup in a soft drink. Baby brains are not made from fructose. Fruit is natures candy. Non-starchy vegetables like romaine lettuce and spinach have virtually no calories. Study Turns up 10 Autism Clusters in California - ABC News - January 6, 2010.

"Using data from birth records, the team found a strong link between parental education and the high rates of autism. "In this particular case, we found 10 clusters of autism across the state of California. When we looked further, we discovered virtually all of them were areas where there was a higher level of education among the parents who were giving birth in those years," Hertz-Picciotto said. "We already know that people with a higher education in the United States are more likely to get a diagnosis of autism for their child. It doesn't necessarily mean that autism occurs more frequently in those families," she said."

The result of the above study that turned up 10 clusters of autism in California should not come as a surprise to anyone who truly understands the scientific dietary requirements of a pregnant woman and the dreadful effect of the mother's poor diet upon the baby. The researchers are looking for pollutants in the environment instead of looking at the mother's diet. Mothers with a higher-level of education tend to follow the low-fat, low-protein, and high-carbohydrate diet as recommended in the USDA Food Guide Pyramid. These highly educated mothers have been brainwashed by the education system.

Metallothioneins (MTs) are a family of cysteine-rich, low molecular weight, metal-binding proteins that are synthesized within cells of the body naturally. MTs regulate the levels of zinc, copper, and selenium and bind to, or detox, cadmium, mercury, platinum, and silver. MTs prevent reactive oxygen species (ROS or free radical ions such as heavy metals) from attacking the cell membrane lipids, mitochondrial DNA, and damaging the ATP (energy) generation structure of the cell. This is also known as oxidative stress. Free radical attack of the cell DNA causes cancer. The production of MTs is dependent on the availability of dietary minerals such as zinc, copper, and selenium, and the amino acids histidine and cysteine. A deficiency of these minerals and amino acids leads to a deficiency of metallothioneins and the accumulation of heavy metals. All carbohydrates are turned to glucose (blood sugar) during digestion. This blood sugar zings the baby's metabolism. This is more pronounced when the mother has insulin resistance because the fetus has none. The insulin and glucose in the mother's blood throws the fetus into a hyper fit that damages and destroys brain cells. The result is a hyper-metabolism which is a contributing cause behind the epidemic rise in childhood Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Unfortunately, official health organizations don't have a clue about the cause or prevention of autism or ADHD. If you are the mother of an autistic or ADHD child you should deal with the reality of the situation. Go look at yourself in the mirror and shout, "It is your fault." Then change your diet. The disorder is usually not diagnosed until a child is three or four, as the symptoms are variable. However, parents of autistic children often say they have noticed early tell-tale behaviour. The 'name test' described in Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine appeared to aid earlier diagnosis."

The high-carbohydrate diet eaten my pregnant women is most likely to be fed to the autistic infant as well. This leads to other health complications such as candida yeast overgrowth and Clostridia bacteria infections. These children can be tested.

The Great Plains Laboratory for testing to determine the presence of pathogens such as yeast, fungus, parasites, and pathogenic bacteria. The Great Plains Laboratory "Organ Acid Test" evaluates all of the well-defined inborn errors of metabolism that can be detected with this technology (called GC/MS) such as PKU, maple-syrup urine disease, and many others. Dumb Children - The study referenced below proves that 4 year-old children are more intelligent when the mother takes cod liver oil during pregnancy and lactating. The child must also be fed cod liver oil after breastfeeding is stopped.

The three most nutritionally important omega-3 fatty acids are alpha-linolenic fatty acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic fatty acid (DHA). Alpha-linolenic fatty acid is one of two fatty acids traditionally classified as "essential." The other fatty acid traditionally viewed as essential is an omega-6 fat called linoleic acid. These fatty acids have traditionally been classified as “essential” because the body is unable to manufacture them on its own and because they play a fundamental role in several physiological functions. As a result, we must be sure our diet contains sufficient amounts of both alpha-linolenic acid and linoleic acid.

The infant also needs essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Where is your infant getting these essential fats? Omega-3 fatty acids are NOT available to the infant from rice cereal, fruit juices, fruits, or vegetables. The infant can suffer from autism, low-immune system, low-growth rate, poor brain development, and many other health problems as a result of the switch to high-carbohydrate foods. This is one of the reasons autism, attention deficient hyperactivity disorder, child obesity, allergies, and many other childhood diseases are expanding at an epidemic rate. All commercial infant formula and food is seriously lacking in essential omega-3 fatty acids. They are not included because of expense, lower shelf life and because the fats tend to stick to the side of the container. Even dog food is fortified with omega-3 fatty acids because dogs get sick if they are not added. Commercial infant food also contain an excessive amount of omega-6 fatty acids from safflower, sunflower, soybean, corn and similar nut, seed, and grain oils that are unhealthy.

Many commercial infant formulas now contain a compound they claim is DHA docosahexaenoic omega-3 fatty acid. However, this is a form of DHA called crypthecodinium cohnii oil that is obtained from algae in a factory (yucky). It is not the same as natural DHA docosahexaenoic omega-3 fatty acid as found in unprocessed products like Carlson's Lemon Flavored Cod Liver Oil. Real DHA docosahexaenoic omega-3 fatty acid is not used in infant formula because it reduces the shelf storage life, has a liquid oil form, sticks to the container and is rejected by religious vegetarians who will not buy anything from animal source. Cod liver oil contains both both forms of omega-3 fatty acids, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic fatty acid (DHA). Commercial baby formula does not contain eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) because they can't manufacture it in a dry powder form.

Since our baby girl's birth I have nursed her only; she never consumed commercial baby formula and now in her nearly 12th month she is making her conversion to whole cow's milk, both fresh and powdered. When we began introducing table foods (at about 6 months) she was offered only high-protein foods (eggs, meats), vegetables, few carbohydrate foods and yogurt. Advice for mothers who cannot nurse the baby

Infant formula cannot be made to duplicate mother's breast milk, but you can make your own healthy infant formula by following the instructions on the following link. Do not attempt to invent your own formula, and never feed your baby plain cow's milk, goat's milk, soy milk, rice milk, or any other similar products. Babies have died from being fed only rice milk. Do not drink or cook with kefir milk which is a fermented liquid product made with active yeasts and bacteria from grains and goat or sheep milk. Do not eat kefir yogurt.

Do not eat any food containing soy, soybeans, soy protein, tofu, or any other soy products. Soy causes birth defects in unborn babies. The plant estrogens in soy, called phytoestrogens, cause massive hormone disruptions in the fetus, babies, infants, and adults. People of all ages should avoid eating all products that contain soy or soy protein. The following are the sad regrets sent to us by a mother who ate soy tofu during her pregnancy.

Note: Hypospadias is a condition where the outlet of the penis is not at the end. It is caused by a male fetus receiving excessive amounts of phytoestrogens. Males can become sterile as a result of the mother eating soy during pregnancy. Female fetuses are damaged as well causing hormone problems during puberty and later life.

The FBI said an investigation indicated Quets crossed the Canadian border with the twins Dec. 23."
